These Terms govern the conditions and manner of use of the website of the City of Pula-Pola (hereinafter: the “Website”), intended for the publication of information on organisers and cultural projects/programmes co-financed from the budget of the City of Pula-Pola, projects/programmes sponsored by the City of Pula-Pola, and projects/programmes of special interest to the City of Pula-Pola.

The Website serves as a publicly accessible platform to inform citizens about projects/programmes, including the date, time, and venue of events, as well as a short description of each project/programme.

System Users

The users of the Website are:


• Programme Organisers - legal or natural persons implementing cultural projects/programmes co-financed from the budget of the City of Pula-Pola, projects/programmes sponsored by the City of Pula-Pola, and projects/programmes of special interest to the City of Pula-Pola.
• Administrators of the City of Pula-Pola - authorised persons responsible for managing the system and supervising the entered data.

Registration and Access

Organisers of projects/programmes are granted access to the Website through a user account.
Organisers are responsible for the accuracy and security of their access credentials.
Sharing access credentials with third parties is prohibited.

Data Entry

Organisers are required to enter accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about projects/programmes, including the title of the project/programme, the date, time, and venue of the event, and a short description of the project/programme.

All entries must comply with applicable laws and must not contain inaccurate or misleading information, inappropriate, offensive or unlawful content, or content unrelated to the co-financed project/programme.

Organisers are required to promptly update all changes (e.g. postponements or cancellations of events).

Content Review and Approval

The City of Pula-Pola reserves the right to review, modify or reject submitted data entries. Published content may become publicly visible only after the administrator approves it. The City of Pula-Pola may remove content that is not in accordance with these Terms of Use, does not reflect the actual situation, or harms the reputation of the City of Pula-Pola.

Liability

Organisers bear full responsibility for the accuracy and legality of the submitted data. The City of Pula-Pola shall not be liable for any damage resulting from inaccurate or untimely updated information provided by organisers.

Data Protection

The processing of personal data shall be carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations governing the protection of personal data. Data shall be used exclusively for the purpose of publishing and administering cultural projects/programmes.

Amendments to the Terms of Use

The City of Pula-Pola reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use. All amendments shall be published on this page.
