73rd Pula Film Festival

The Pula Film Festival is the oldest national film festival, held annually in the Pula Arena since 1954. This summer, the 73rd edition of the festival will take place from 9 to 16 July 2026 at various venues across Pula. The programme features a selection of Croatian and international films, discussions with film crews, special screenings, concerts, and accompanying events at some of the city’s most iconic locations.

Once again, the festival brings together contemporary film production, filmmakers from different generations, and audiences who experience cinema up close in Pula. During the festival’s days and nights, Pula becomes a place of encounter, film viewing, and shared participation, through a programme that each year reinforces the city’s position on the map of major film events.
