The Pula City Wind Orchestra has been active since 1993. The association comprises several sections: the Pula City Wind Orchestra, Big Band Pula, the *Klapa Teranke* vocal group, and smaller instrumental ensembles. For 33 years, the association and the orchestra have been an integral part of the city's cultural life. The orchestra brings together musicians of all generations, offering young players the opportunity to gain valuable musical experience. It boasts a rich repertoire ranging from classical works, film scores, and pop and rock music to marches and original compositions for wind orchestras. The Pula wind musicians collaborate with other orchestras, associations, and cultural institutions, and participate in gatherings of Istrian wind orchestras; they also hold a traditional Christmas and New Year's concert. Their schedule includes summer promenade concerts as well as essential ceremonial performances. United by a love for music under the direction of conductor Jasmina Lorin, the orchestra members gather and socialize at the Rojc Social Center, a venue where music resonates daily.
