The film is composed of private VHS footage captured during Milan Mladenović and Mitar Subotić Suba's stay in Brazil. The visuals are accompanied by excerpts from the diary Milan kept at the time. The documentary film "Praia Do Ventu Eternu" is named after a song from the album Angel's Breath, which translates to "the beach of the eternal wind," as the very moment this song was created is captured in the film.
