Đoser and Tusta: An Exhibition Honoring Two Rock Legends from Pula

A project conceived as a tribute to two true icons of Pula’s and the wider region’s rock scene: Serđo Blažić Đoser and Branko Črnac Tusta.

Serđo Blažić Đoser and Branko Črnac Tusta are two defining figures of Pula’s rock heritage. With his distinctive voice and stage presence, Đoser became synonymous with Atomsko sklonište, a band that emerged as one of the most important names in Yugoslav rock in the late 1970s and 1980s, known for its anti-war messages and its stance against social apathy.

Tusta, meanwhile, was the unmistakable frontman of KUD Idijoti, a band whose songs became anthems of freedom and resistance. His charisma and uncompromising attitude left a lasting mark on an entire generation.

Their significance goes far beyond music. Both artists left a profound cultural and social legacy and remain symbols of a free spirit, socially engaged rock, and Pula as a city with a unique and vibrant music scene.
