EVENT DESCRIPTION
The play "Professor Balthazar – A Trip Around the World" is a cheerful story about friendship, self-discovery, and accepting diversity, built upon the foundations of the beloved animated series and featuring its recognizable original music.

The plot follows a curious bird named Toni who loses his flock due to his inquisitive nature. Alone and lost, he arrives in Zagreb, where he encounters a street sweeper. Together, their search through Balthazar-grad leads them to the legendary Professor Balthazar – their only hope.

Faithful to the aesthetics and ethics of the original cartoon, author Petra Radin weaves together motifs from well-known episodes into a magical theatrical journey. This educational and heartwarming play blends the real world of recognizable locations with an imaginary world where all wonders are possible, reminding all generations that problems are best solved with knowledge, kindness, and imagination.
