Ivan Antunović: A/D

The HUiU Gallery is opening an exhibition by graphic designer Ivan Antunović entitled “A/D”. The exhibition presents a cross-section of his recent projects at the intersection of design, music and independent publishing, with a focus on record and music release cover design, the new labels Ovozemaljske stvari and Tonal Shifts, and his ongoing collaborations with local and international publishers, clubs and cultural institutions.

Antunović’s work is characterised by a continuous creation of new visual and musical identities that connect the local, regional and international independent and underground scenes. The title of the exhibition, “A/D”, refers to the encounter between the analogue and the digital in his creative process, in which he combines digital tools with hands-on work, experimentation with paper, textures and typography, as well as unconventional approaches to designing music releases.
