In contrast to his previous large-scale abstract monochromatic canvases and their sacred atmosphere, the recent cycle of paintings entitled Common Ceremonies (2024/2025) by Vladimir Tomić Moska, a painter, draughtsman, graffiti artist, musician, sculptor, and scenographer from Rijeka, signals a renewed interest in figurative painting, particularly in the synthesis of visual experiences developed through his engagement with the pictorial.

The series comprises nine works, paintings on canvas whose uncanny atmosphere makes them appear not merely as fictional statements about reality, but as poetic, enigmatic, and metaphorical observations of the world that call for interpretation. And yet, in the end, they remain undisclosed.
