Josipa Pavičić presents Malu knjigu o velikoj promjeni

At the Central Library on October 14, 2026, Josipa Pavičić will present her book Mala knjiga o velikoj promjeni - O menopauzi, bez zadrške. The presentation begins at 6 p.m. and is part of the Riječi za zdravlje program.

Mala knjiga o velikoj promjeni is a book about menopause, a major change that women inevitably encounter in midlife. At the same time, it is a book about a new beginning, offering compassionate and reliable support on your journey through perimenopause and menopause. In her new book about menopause, Josipa Pavičić fearlessly delves into the heart of the female experience, transforming yet another long-silenced topic into a space of freedom, truth, and new beginnings, giving a voice to the many women who still hesitate to talk about it. Speaking honestly and openly about women’s experiences, with the support of renowned female doctors and experts in nutrition and exercise, Josipa brings us new knowledge, but above all encouragement and practical tools for self-care. May this book remind you that menopause is not a loss, but a transformation, and that every woman carries within herself the strength to go through it consciously, with dignity and acceptance.
