The 22nd Pula Film Factory Film School begins on Friday, 2 October at 8 p.m. with a lecture by screenwriter, director and writer Ante Zlatko Stolica on developing a film idea and screenplay.
The introductory lecture will be followed by an intensive screenwriting workshop in which participants will develop their own ideas and screenplays as the basis for their films.
The Film School runs until mid-December. Through theoretical and practical work, participants will explore the different stages of filmmaking – from developing an idea and screenplay to pre-production, directing, shooting, editing and completing a short film. The programme is open to different forms, including fiction, documentary, experimental and hybrid film.
Ante Zlatko Stolica is a director, screenwriter and writer. His films include Babajanja, Kartoline, Cimeri, Johnny je mrtav and Svaki dan je Božić. He also co-wrote Igor Bezinović’s feature film Kratki izlet.
Participation is free of charge.
