Guest Author: Dijana Cetina Mlađenović – the art of (pre)production

On Wednesday, 7 October at 7 PM, Pulska filmska tvornica welcomes Pula-based film producer Dijana Cetina Mlađenović. Using the feature film Hotel Pula as an example, she will discuss what happens before shooting begins: developing an idea, casting, locations, production design, costumes, assembling the crew and the producer’s role.
Directed by Andrej Korovljev and based on Vladimir Stojsavljević’s novel, Hotel Pula was initiated by Dijana Cetina Mlađenović and opened the 70th Pula Film Festival in 2023.
The event also launches the preproduction phase of the 22nd Film School.
