Zidar Betonsky
Zidar Betonsky is a cult Split underground band formed in 1995 as a trio without a live drummer, consisting of Eduard Raos (vocals), Zdeslav Kukoč (guitar, synthesizer) and Hrvoje Pelicarić (bass). Their distinctive sound combines the dark atmosphere of cold wave and post-punk with the aggressive edge of electro-industrial, noise, and an abrasive guitar aesthetic reminiscent of Steve Albini.
After a 25-year hiatus, the band made a spectacular return to the scene with their reunion in late 2025. In February 2026, they released a lavishly restored vinyl edition of “I gledam i sanjam i ne dam”, documenting the band’s first, now-legendary phase. Today, Zidar Betonsky pick up where they left off, delivering noise, atmosphere, and visceral impact as a vital presence on the contemporary scene, entirely free of nostalgia.
Svojat
Opening the evening as the support act, Svojat are a Ljubljana-based trio emerging from Slovenia’s vibrant improvisational music scene. Difficult to pin down in genre terms, Svojat build a sound that draws on no wave, avant-garde blues, Saharan punk, and free improvisation, characterised by raw power, repetitive structures, and a dense, hypnotic atmosphere.
