PFT (Pula Film Factory) is dedicated to the development and promotion of film and video art, with a particular focus on short films and media literacy. Its programme combines education and creative expression through initiatives such as the Film School, Animation Film School, Film Laboratories, Film Incubator, and Production In, an intensive workshop dedicated to the production of short films. These programmes provide participants with comprehensive support, from developing an initial idea to completing a finished film, while fostering creativity, technical skills, and social awareness.

Screenings at the Pula Film Factory Club and the Youth Film Education Club (FeKaeM), together with the Site Specific and Metakino programmes held in unconventional venues and designed for diverse audiences, enrich the local cultural scene. The Author in Residence programme offers audiences the opportunity to meet established filmmakers. The Collection of Amateur Films from Pula and Istria is dedicated to preserving the region's local film heritage.

Through all of these activities, Pula Film Factory continuously contributes to the development of film culture, the strengthening of media literacy, and the active participation of the community in the cultural life of Pula and the wider region.
