“I am Nada Voskova. In my country Nada means Hope. ”Thus begin this show, where, in first person, a woman named Nada shares her memories about how she survived after having to flee her country. Escape to survive. Nada is based on the trauma of the refugee, of the emigrant due to the war, on the silenced wars and the text by Eduardo Galeano Los Nadies (the nobodies).
“ (...) the nobodies: the children of nobody, the masters of nothing,
The nobodies, the nothings, those made nothing, running after the hare,
drying Life, fucked, totally fucked. Who are not, although they were.
(...) Who are not human beings, but human resources.
(...) Who have no faces, only arms.
(...) Who don't have names, only numbers.
(...) Who don't count in world history, no figuran en la historia just in the local press stories of violence, crime, misfortune and disaster.
The nobodies, who are worth less than the bullets that kill them.”
